These are the rules you must follow. Breaking any of the rules may result in me cancelling or not accepting your order!

1. Money first. I won't start any crafting orders until I have received the full payment. NOTE: This rule does NOT apply if you are registered here and have a discount status active.
2. If you cancel an order, you will receive a partial refund based on how far along your order is. I will always keep 5% of the order value as inconvenience fee. The fee does not apply for registered accounts with a discount status active.
3. I may decline or cancel orders at any point for any reason. If I am the one cancelling the order, you will receive a FULL refund.
4. There are no guarantees on how long your order will take. I will always aim to finish them within 48 hours, but they might take longer depending on multiple factors (backlog size, real life obligations, etc.).
5. Before submitting the order, make sure you have selected the correct items in the Order tab. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified.
6. When the order is done, it will be mailed to the character specified in the Order form. Make sure you write your character name exactly as it appears in-game.
7. If the mailed item is returned to me twice, I will consider the update cancelled by you. Please make sure to collect your items when they are done and sent.
8. You can borrow my sprites for crafting. You must provide all of the materials + SKBs, and you'll need to pay the crafting costs + a fee for my time. The fees are: 1.5k per orange item, 3k per yellow item, 6k per purple item, 10k per red item, 0 gold for those with discount status active.
9. After submitting an order, you can track your order status in the Orders page.
10. I handle orders in whichever order is the most convenient for me. If you want me to prioritize your order, make an express order. Express orders increase the prices of items: 25% for levels below 70, 20% for levels 70-89, 15% for levels 90 and above (minimum 1k/item).
